Jinxter

Jinxter takes you to Aquatania, a land plagued by misfortune and the schemes of witches. Your quest is to recover five charms and a magical bracelet to restore balance. Instead of heroic deeds, you're faced with a string of bizarre mishaps – from car accidents and dangerous falls to getting sprayed with cheese sandwiches. This interactive fiction with graphics presents characters who pursue their own goals, helping you only when there's something in it for them. Witty dialogue, puzzles with multiple solutions where the obvious path isn't always the right one, and the presence of a Guardian that prevents death all combine to create a strange and twisted world like no other.
