Ultimate Mindgames

Ultimate Mind Games is a collection of mini games that can either be played in story mode or individually.

In story mode, the player takes on the role of a child with special powers, as their parents have the ability to move between board game worlds, Brun and Jejune. On returning to Brun one day, the player is met by their friend Mana who informs them that the town has been deserted due to an invasion by the kingdom of Jejune, which has banned board games.

Mana takes the player to resistance HQ, where they explain that because the player is so good at games, they must tour around all the towns on the world map, play games in each location, and improve morale and weaken the invaders' grip. Money can be earned by gambling or taking part in Sunday matches at the coliseum.

Time in Brun is measured in weeks. Every Monday, supporters of the resistance will pay their money, on the same day as the Jejune invaders increase their hold in all regions by five percent. Money earned can be used to lobby citizens in a region to support the resistance, allowing players who struggle with certain games to take control without having to win at that game.

The menu carousel has a section which describes the rules for each game, another which describes the tactics to be employed, one each for the story mode and freeplay, and finally a section for game configuration options
