Tomarc the Barbarian follows Senta as she's held captive in a magical cage, awaiting rescue by Tomarc . Tomarc 's quest begins with him searching for his lost magic sword in a series of caves. His goal is to locate Senta and set her free from the cage. During this journey, Tomarc must avoid deadly rats and other dangers while navigating the caves. Meanwhile, Senta remains trapped but can defend herself by firing magic at enemies to destroy them.
The gameplay involves controlling both Tomarc and Senta as they move through the caves. You can switch screens between the two characters to choose which one to control at any given time. The game requires skill and timing, with an emphasis on avoiding obstacles while navigating the challenging cave environment.
