Videocart-21 is a bowling game for the Fairchild Channel F console, released in 1970 . The story revolves around a simple objective: knocking down as many pins in 10 frames of bowling. Players take on an overhead view of a bowling lane and try to position their ball to achieve the desired trajectory. As the ball starts rolling down the lane, players can adjust its curve left or right, but this action cannot be reversed once initiated.
Gameplay involves navigating through 18 variations, each with unique rules. Players can choose from different combinations of game types, such as solo or doubles play, and speed settings, including slow, normal, fast, and the fastest. Regular games feature all pins standing in each frame, while split games have a random number of missing pins, requiring players to knock down the remaining ones using two balls.
