Monster Madness: Grave Danger is a reworking of Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia . As in that game, players take control of one of four teenagers who have to defend their suburban town from a zombie invasion.
The main adventure mode stages remain the same from the earlier game, but now allows players to tackle it cooperatively online with friends. This new feature adds a fresh layer of fun and challenge to the game.
A challenge mode has also been added, which is a set of 25 minigames that include a home-run contest, guiding a fairground swan down a river, and a Concentration type card game. Beating these challenges unlocks extra character costumes.
The controls have been overhauled to a more conventional dual-stick shooter control scheme, making it easier for players to navigate the action-packed gameplay. The previous game's checkpoint system has also been replaced with a respawn system, where each death costs monster tokens. Additionally, 100 character-specific purchasable accessories can be obtained by completing challenges.
Monster Madness: Grave Danger was released on the Playstation 3 in 2008-09-05 . This racing game offers a thrilling experience for fans of the genre.
