Demetrios: The Big Cynical Adventure is a humorous point-and-click adventure game that borrows from 90's classic adventures like Broken Sword or Runaway , but is played from a first-person perspective. During conversations, character portraits are used. The game follows the antique dealer Bjorn Thonen who lives in Paris.
The player helps him investigate after he comes home drunk and gets robbed one night. With the help of his neighbour Sandra, they need to solve puzzles, play mini-games, and collect items like cookies. There are also achievements and extras to unlock.
