The LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 game brings the final four films of the Harry Potter series to handheld devices. The story is adapted into 14 chapters, with reused cutscenes from the console version. Players control characters as they navigate through levels, collecting items and solving puzzles.
Gameplay follows the standard LEGO series template: moving through levels, using special abilities in combination to overcome challenges. Wizards can use magic spells like Wingardium Leviosa or Stupefy to interact with objects or enemies. Other skills include super strength for opening doors or controlling pets to uncover secrets. Once completed in Story Mode, levels become available for Free Play, allowing players to replay levels and discover secrets using unlocked characters.
The game was released on the PlayStation Vita in March 2012.
