You play as the sheriff of a Wild West town in Lethal Enforcers II , a sequel to the popular Lethal Enforcers game. Your goal is to take out outlaws who are robbing banks and kidnapping innocents using either the control pad or Konami's Justifier lightgun.
The gameplay involves taking out enemies on a single screen, with them "popping out" from various sections. If you fail to shoot them in time, they will either attack or throw weapons at you, causing you to lose energy if you hit an innocent civilian.
