Nuts & Milk is an action-adventure game where you play as Milk, who must rescue his girlfriend from a house. The goal is to collect all the fruits on the screen and navigate through ladders and platforms to reach her. Nuts, the rival character, will try to stop you. Your progress is rewarded with points for collecting fruit, jumping over Nuts, and completing levels quickly.

The game features two modes: a main mode where you play through levels to collect fruit, and a level editor that allows you to create your own challenges. Points can also be earned by achieving bonus scores for fast completion of levels.
