You play Jack , a doctor on a transport ship that's been attacked. The ship is carrying a woman who has a mysterious illness and was put into stasis to study her. After being shot down, you're left stranded with hostile people approaching you. You'll have to fight to uncover the truth about the disease.
As Jack, you'll navigate through a desolate landscape in a first-person shooter. You'll need to use your medical skills and combat abilities to survive against the hostile forces. Your goal is to rescue survivors, gather information, and ultimately find a way to escape the area.
