As Spanx, you must escape from an evil animal testing laboratory where you are chained together for destruction. Your only weapon is the indestructible Redmond , which can be used in various ways to overcome obstacles.

The gameplay involves using Redmond in creative ways to progress through levels. For example, dipping him in toxic waste can poison enemies, while electro-charging him allows you to zap attackers. Additionally, filling him with helium enables you to lift yourself to higher platforms. With these abilities, your goal is to make a getaway, free other animals, and sabotage the twisted corporation responsible for the laboratory.
