Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

The gameplay involves playing from a third-person perspective but switching to first-person while aiming down the sights. Enemies can be taken out with guns or silent melee attacks. The soldiers have access to adaptive camouflage that renders them invisible when moving slowly, and cover can be destroyed while under attack or shooting. The game also features various equipment such as magnetics, sensor grenades, airstrikes, and remote-controlled drones.

Players can prioritize targets using Sync Shot, where up to four can be marked for a synchronized takedown by the full team. Team mates do not blindly pursue targets and stand down when it compromises their position permanently. The game features a tagging system that replaces the direct order system from previous games. Additionally, players can customize guns in the Gunsmith mode and test combinations on a firing range before starting a mission.

Multiplayer includes a four-player cooperative mode with the campaign along with a separate Guerrilla mode where an outpost needs to be defended. The competitive multiplayer features four game modes based on the two factions Ghosts and Bodark: Conflict, Decoy, Saboteur, and Siege. In these modes, players can engage in various objectives such as defending or attacking bases, grabbing neutral bombs, transmitting intel, and more.
