Penguin Wars is the sequel to Penguin-Kun Wars. It is a dodgeball game played with animals. There are ten balls for each player, with the goal being to hit the opponent the most amount of times to win the match and advance up the leader board.
The game features story mode where characters can be evolved. This allows players to compete in versus mode with up to four human opponents both locally and online. The game's screen can also be viewed in multiple orientations, including horizontal and vertical views. The original music from 1985 has been updated and new tracks have been added.
