The storyline of Luxor 3 follows a young dead pharaoh who is unable to ascend to the afterlife due to his unfinished pyramid. With the help of his ka (spirit), he must defend against evil deity Set's minions, who are trying to steal their essences.
The gameplay in Luxor 3 involves launching spheres at a winged scarab at the bottom of the screen, aiming to destroy them by building up chains of matching colors. This is achieved by launching the spheres onto the scarab. Over 150 levels and seven gameplay modes are included in the game.
Luxor 3 was released on Wii on 11th November 2008 , bringing a new puzzle experience to fans of the series.
