Sesame Street Sports is a sports game where kids compete against each other and their favorite Sesame Street characters in six different athletic activities.

The game features Grover, Ernie, Zoe, Telly, Cookie Monster and Elmo as the playable characters. The gameplay takes place in 2D graphics, a departure from the PlayStation version which had 3D graphics. This Sesame Street Sports is designed for young children, with a special vocal tutorial that guides players of all ages to learn how to play.

Sesame Street Sports was released on Game Boy Color in November 2001 and is classified as a sports game.
