You control Billy as he attempts to escape Clamp Tower skyscraper with Gizmo the Gremlin in tow. Dr. Catheter has created an army of vicious gremlins, making rescue impossible. Your mission shifts from rescue to survival and destruction.

The game is a five-level side-view action game where you navigate through levels while avoiding or shooting the hostile gremlins. Each level contains a hidden secret object that must be collected for completion. You can also gather bonus items such as extra lives, time boosts, improved weapons, and credits to upgrade your arsenal.
