Doctor Octopus is plotting the crowning caper of his criminal career... to rule the world. He has reunited the Sinister Six and with these super-villains together again, nothing stands in their way - except Spider-Man!
Spider-Man: Return of the Sinister Six is a side-scrolling game where you play as Spidey throughout six levels against different villains. The game requires puzzle solving to progress through some levels, and you can use various moves like duck jumping, climbing walls, punching, shooting webs to swing, and performing a jump kick. Collecting web cartridges allows you to shoot limited web projectiles.
Despite being hard to die, Spider-Man has only one life, and there are no items to recharge his health. However, killing some enemies will restore his life. There is also only one continue available in the game.
