Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

The game follows the story of the Fantastic Four as they battle against various enemies. The four team members move through six levels consisting of several acts each, with such locations as a Skrull lair, New York City, a space station, a military base and downtown Shanghai.

The gameplay is mostly a third-person brawler with occasional puzzle elements. Players can switch between the Fantastic Four in single-player games or control one hero each in co-op multiplayer modes. The game features basic controls allowing for strong and weak attacks and grapples, as well as special abilities unique to each character.

The Thing can pick up and throw heavy objects, while the Invisible Woman can project a protective force field and walk through certain laser barriers. The Human Torch can fly to reach areas the others can't, and Mr. Fantastic can stretch his arms for a periscope punch. Characters also have Fusion Attacks, which require two characters to combine their powers for a special combo move.

The game features collectibles such as coins hidden in breakable objects, which allow players to upgrade the characters' powers between levels. There are also silver Fantastic Four symbols and Dr. Doom's spy bots to collect, which unlock additional costumes and comic book covers.
