War Hospital is a WWI-era medical management simulation where players assume the role of Major Henry Wells, overseeing a field hospital on the Western Front. Players must triage wounded soldiers, allocate resources, research medical upgrades, and expand facilities while coping with limited supplies and the chaos of battle. The game features realistic injuries, a dynamic patient flow, and strategic decision-making. The Supporter Edition bundles the base game with the "War Hospital - X-Ray" add-on, which adds extra medical equipment, cosmetic skins, and additional missions.
