About

Eiyuu Densetsu is a long-running RPG franchise. The listed titles represent the highly acclaimed 'Kiseki' (Trails) sub-series, including the Liberl kingdom story arc in Sora no Kiseki FC, SC, and The 3rd, as well as the Crossbell state story arc in Zero no Kiseki and Ao no Kiseki. These games are characterized by their deeply interconnected narrative, detailed world-building, and tactical turn-based combat.

Developed by Nihon Falcom, this specific era of the franchise gained traction on the PlayStation Portable and Windows platforms. The release of Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki FC in 2006 and its direct sequel Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki SC in 2007 established the foundation for the series' modern localization and international reach. To accommodate fans, compilation packages like Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora No Kiseki FC & SC Kanzenban (2007) were produced, followed by the epilogue-focused Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora No Kiseki The 3rd [The Best] in 2010.

As hardware evolved, the series transitioned to high-definition platforms and received enhanced ports. Eiyuu Densetsu: Ao No Kiseki [CD Bundle] (2011) and Eiyuu Densetsu: Zero no Kiseki Evolution [Limited Edition] (2012) expanded the franchise's gameplay systems and audio presentation, with the latter utilizing the PlayStation Vita's capabilities. Concurrently, Nihon Falcom remastered the original entries for the PlayStation 3, releasing Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki FC Kai HD Edition (2012) and Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki SC Kai HD Edition (2013). These iterations introduced high-definition assets, remastered soundtracks, and cross-save functionality, preserving the early entries for a new generation of console players.
