About

The Fallen Legion series features real-time combat where players control a commander and their summoned Exemplars. The franchise includes titles such as Fallen Legion: Sins of an Empire, Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion, Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory, and Fallen Legion Revenants, which explore different perspectives of a dark fantasy conflict.

Developed by YummyYummyTummy and published by NIS America, the franchise debuted in 2017 with the simultaneous release of Fallen Legion: Sins of an Empire on PlayStation 4 and Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion on PlayStation Vita. These companion titles offered complementary narratives, allowing players to experience a civil war from the opposing perspectives of Princess Cecille and Legatus Laendur.

In 2018, the two storylines were compiled and enhanced for the Nintendo Switch under the title Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory. This release also received a physical collector's version, the Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory Limited Edition, which bundled the game with an art book, soundtrack, and custom packaging. The series expanded its narrative universe with the release of Fallen Legion Revenants, which shifted the setting to a floating castle ruled by a mad tyrant, introducing a new dual-protagonist dynamic focused on political intrigue and tactical combat. Across these releases, the series has maintained a distinct hand-drawn 2D art style and a focus on fast-paced, choice-driven storytelling.
