About

The Quintessential Quintuplets video game series consists of visual novels and puzzle game adaptations based on the manga and anime of the same name. Key titles in the series include Summer Memories Also Come in Five, Memories of a Quintessential Summer, and the Gotopazu Story series, which adapts the mobile puzzle game for consoles. These games allow players to interact with the Nakano quintuplets through original storylines and romance-simulation mechanics.

Development of the console ecosystem for the franchise expanded significantly through specialized physical releases and character-specific collector's packages. In 2021, publishers introduced The Quintessential Quintuplets: Summer Memories Also Come in Five (2021) alongside The Quintessential Quintuplets: Memories Of A Quintessential Summer [Collector's Edition] (2021), offering fans dedicated physical memorabilia and bonus content.

The franchise's puzzle-game integration transitioned to home consoles via The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story (2023). This release was accompanied by highly targeted merchandise bundles, including The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story [Miku Illustration Book Set] (2023), The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story [Nino Illustration Book Set] (2023), and The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story [Yotsuba Illustration Book Set] (2023). These editions catered to individual character fanbases by bundling specific art books with the core software. Additionally, the launch featured The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story [Collector's Edition] (2023) for broader collectors. The series maintained its console presence with The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story 2nd [Limited Edition] (2017), establishing a multi-tiered release strategy across major gaming platforms.
