Vermilion Desert is a real-time strategy game with RPG elements. The player plans missions based on battlefield information in real-time using a map. Each unit acts automatically according to skills, situations, and directions. The player also controls a power suit unit and creates team strategies with detailed settings, such as the range of weapons and different formations.
The Silver Fox special forces are fighting against an aggressor who's invading the kingdom of Argan. Their mission is to destroy the enemy, but they must also conduct operations like "hostage rescue", "infiltration" and "retreat".
