The Sega Mega Drive gets ready to rumble with this high-energy basketball game. Players can take on their favourite NBA teams in fast-paced two-on-two action, with a focus on scoring rather than rules or fouls.

Up to four players can compete against each other in teams of two, or face off against an opponent controlled by the CPU, making for some thrilling matchups. The game also features eight different ability categories that affect player performance, such as steals and blocks, dunks, and three-pointers.

Powerup icons appear randomly throughout the game, giving players a temporary boost in performance. These powerups can include instant "on-fire" abilities, enhanced 3-point accuracy, or even the ability to make monster dunks from anywhere on the court. The game also features three special modes: "Juice Mode", which increases the speed of the game; "Tournament Mode", which disables all other modes and challenges players to defeat every NBA team; and a range of cheat codes and secret characters.
