The gameplay involves drawing lines to colour in parts of the rectangular playing field, while avoiding an erratically moving enemy. When not drawing lines, the player can move along the outer borders of the field, but must avoid enemies that patrol these areas. The game requires strategic thinking and quick reflexes as players try to complete levels without touching the enemy or running out of lives.
