Mother Russia Bleeds

The game allows for local co-op play with up to four players, but beware of 'friendly fire'. When playing alone, characters can be accompanied by AI-controlled bots. The game takes place in various locations, including prisons, ghettos, and nightclubs, with graphic depictions of violence and gore.

Gameplay involves basic movements like horizontal and vertical movement, jumping, and dashing, as well as punching and kicking combos. Characters can also grab, throw, or slide while dashing, as well as mash downed opponents. The game features a wide range of weapons, including bats and knives, and players must fight multiple characters at once, each with unique attacks.

A character's health is tied to the Nekro drug, which can be extracted from defeated enemies during brief convulsions. This liquid can be injected to restore health or go into a "bezerk" state, increasing movement speed and attack power for a short time. However, this comes with risks, as characters are vulnerable while sampling Nekro.

In addition to the main story mode, there's an arena survival mode that challenges players in wave-based survival scenarios. Characters have different stats and abilities, which can be unlocked and selected.
