Although only the English league is available, it is still possible to play in pre-season friendlies or international competitions against most first division teams in Europe and South America or scout and sign their players.

The game has two main modes: Manager and Pro-Manager. In Manager mode, the player can start with any team. In Pro-Manager, the player must build their career from the bottom up, promoting the club from lower divisions or getting promoted to better teams. Players can also adjust options such as control levels (trainer, accountant, manager, total) and other settings.

Up to 20 players can play in Manager mode, while 8 players can participate in Pro-Manager mode.
