The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian brings to life the story of Prince Caspian, based on the novel and movie of the same name, allowing players to take on one of 20 different characters, including the Pevensie children and Prince Caspian himself.
The game takes place 1,300 years after the events of the first film, where an evil king named King Miraz has begun to conquer Narnia. Prince Caspian calls upon the four Pevensie siblings to help him defeat King Miraz and bring unity back to the land.
Gameplay is similar to the original, with hack-n-slash action as players move through levels, battling enemies using each character's unique tactics. There are six chapters/levels in total, featuring puzzles, special treasure chests, and unlockable features such as artwork pictures.
The controls vary depending on the console used, with PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 utilizing D-pad, analog sticks, and main buttons. The Wii uses the Wii-remote, while PC players use the mouse and keyboard. Two-player co-op gameplay is also available, allowing a human player to drop-in during a game.
