After genetic experiments gone wrong, Silhouette and Mirage emerge as two opposing forces on Earth. A young girl named Shyna Nera Shyna must find balance within herself to restore the planet's damaged genetic structure. With her unique abilities, she sets out to stop the spread of these destructive attributes.
Silhouette Mirage is a side-scrolling action game where players control Shyna as she battles through levels. The game features a unique dual-attribute system, where the player's actions and enemy characteristics influence damage output and spirit absorption. Players can perform various attacks, master moves, and collect parasites to teach new abilities.
The PlayStation 3 version of Silhouette Mirage introduces a new boss character, The Reaper, and expands on the game's story with an additional narrative branch.
