Rolling is a game about the exciting world of inline skating. There are 21 of the world's best skaters to choose from, plus a few hidden ones as well. You can also create a custom character from scratch if the ones provided aren't good (or good-looking) enough. All the clothes and equipment are from real life, so expect to see your favorite skates and street clothes on those created skaters. Players can take their skater through 10 big outdoor city themed levels, 4 different competitions and even make their own levels with a handy level editor. There are a variety of licensed music tracks featured in the game.

The gameplay in Rolling is action-packed and fast-paced, requiring quick reflexes and timing to navigate the skaters through obstacles and competitors. With a focus on speed and agility, players must balance their need for pace with the risk of falling off their board. The game's level editor allows for endless replayability, as players can create new challenges and share them with others.
