The Army Men series takes a darker turn with Sarge's War, as Sergeant Hawk faces off against his most formidable foe yet: Lord Malice. What was once a battle between good and evil has evolved into a personal vendetta for Sarge. The Green army thought they had finally won the war against their Tan enemies, but on the eve of a peace treaty, a devastating attack destroys Sarge's entire squad.
Players take control of Sarge as he navigates through increasingly challenging levels, using his arsenal to take down Lord Malice's minions. The game features a mix of third-person and first-person shooting, with the option to play in multiplayer mode with up to four players on certain platforms.
