Cabela's Alaskan Adventures

The game features two main modes: Open Season and Adventure mode. In Open Season, you can quickly hunt or fish in any unlocked area. In Adventure mode, you'll need to travel to each region, visit the outposts, and acquire gear to progress. As you complete hunts, fishing challenges, and special contests, you'll unlock new regions, gear, and trophies.

When hunting, you'll choose from an array of firearms, including rifles, shotguns, muzzleloaders, handguns, and bows. Binoculars will help you scan the area, while game calls, decoys, scents, and lures will aid in your hunting experience. Big game animals include Kodiak Bears, Musk Ox, Barren Ground Caribou, and Mountain Goats.

Fishing takes you across Alaska to catch Salmon, Arctic Graylings, and other Alaskan species. You'll need to use the correct bait and lures in the proper areas to make the catch. Choose from ice fishing, spin fishing, and fly fishing with a variety of rods and reels at your disposal.
