Kinect Sports: Season Two is the sequel to Kinect Sports. Just like the original game, the player gets to compete in a number of sports using the Kinect peripheral to experience the action through motion-based control. The included sports are American football, baseball, darts, golf, skiing, and tennis. Each game can be played in single-player or multiplayer (both offline and online) and also has a mini-game variant.
The gameplay is varied, with each sport offering unique mechanics. In skiing, you need to pass gates and jump while leaning left and right to move. In baseball, the gameplay consists of throwing passes to receivers based on different strategies selected before starting the play. You also get to run as a quarterback dodging left or right. The mini-game for each sport uses the mechanics in a different setting, such as pop darts where you need to hit balloons surrounding a character on a rotating circle.
Kinect Sports: Season Two was released on 28 October 2011 for the Xbox 360 console.
