Choro Q is a racing game with RPG elements. The story follows the player's character as they explore three different towns, interact with the ChoroQs, and complete quests. Along the way, they can unlock over 200 body styles for their car, each with its own appearance but not significant handling changes.
The gameplay involves racing against other ChoroQs in arcade-style races, as well as participating in mini-games and competing against friends in two-player split screen mode. Players can upgrade their cars with a range of parts to improve performance or appearance.
