The Goonies

The Goonies, based on a 1985 movie of the same name, follows a group of youngsters from the "Goon Docks" neighborhood as they try to find the lost treasure of One-Eyed Willie. The treasure is buried under the hide-out of the infamous Fratelli gang, who are trying to escape the law. You play as Mikey, an asthmatic kid, who must find the treasure and save his friends before time runs out.

The game consists of six levels, where you must collect three keys to advance to the next area. Keys can be found by blowing open doors with bombs dropped by enemies, while power-ups and other Goonies are hidden behind doors as well. You'll also encounter enemies like rats, skeletons, and members of the Fratelli Gang, who will try to stop you. Bonus points can be earned by picking up diamonds, rescuing other Goonies, or defeating enemies with your slingshot or kicking them.
