Open Season is an action-adventure game where you play as Boog, a bear who tries to return to civilization after being released in the forest. He's joined by Elliot, a one-horned deer who wants to be his partner.
To achieve his goal, Boog needs to prove himself to the forest creatures by helping them get rid of hunters. By gaining their respect, he can convince them to help him reach his hometown.
Open Season is a third-person view game where you control Boog in the forest and use the creatures to solve simple puzzles. You can collect points that unlock new abilities for Boog on the PlayStation 2.
