Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed

Players can participate in the gameplay through Twitch streaming integration, influencing the game with commands such as chatting, customizing dialogue, turning locals violent, summoning the protagonist's little sister for help during fights, boosting the character's battle gauge, or calling the cops. There is a visual editor that allows players to influence the visuals with various effects through colours, fog, motion blur etc. In Toybox mode, every item of clothing and weapon is unlocked from the start.

The game features action and adventure gameplay, where players control the protagonist as he navigates through Tokyo's streets, fighting enemies and completing quests.
