Danganronpa Trilogy is a compilation of the three main games in the series, Danganronpa 1・2 Reload , Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony , and others, which were originally released on other platforms.
The story takes place in Hope's Peak Academy, a prestigious high school that selects students based on their talents. The main character is Danganronpa 1・2 Reload 's Makoto Naegi or Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony 's Takuto Marukura, who are trapped in the school with a group of classmates and forced to participate in a killing game. The goal is to identify the killer among their peers and escape the academy.
The gameplay is primarily focused on exploration, puzzle-solving, and conversation choices. Players will engage in conversations with other characters, gather information about the murders, and solve puzzles to progress through the story. The ultimate goal is to uncover the truth behind the killing game and find a way out of Hope's Peak Academy.
