Ether One: Redux , an enhanced version of Ether One , was released for the Playstation 4 in 2016. The game's story follows a woman who must escape a world that is slowly being consumed by a mysterious energy known as the "Void". As she navigates through a series of increasingly challenging environments, she must also uncover the secrets behind her own past and the Void's true nature.
The gameplay of Ether One: Redux is action-packed and adventurous, with an emphasis on exploration and puzzle-solving. Players control their character as she runs, jumps, and uses her abilities to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies. The game features a unique blend of fast-paced action and thought-provoking storytelling.
Ether One: Redux was released for free on PC through Steam and GOG in October 2015, allowing owners of the original version to upgrade to the new UnrealEngine4-based version. Both versions are available separately in the game library, and the new version features improved graphics and support for additional languages.
