Honkakuha Igo: Gosei

This action-adventure game follows the story of a young boy named Kenzo who lives in modern-day Japan. One day, he discovers a mysterious old man who turns out to be a time-traveling adventurer from feudal Japan. The old man teaches Kenzo how to use his new magical powers and together they go on a quest through different historical periods.

The gameplay is centered around action-packed platforming sections, where players control Kenzo as he navigates treacherous landscapes and battles enemies. However, the game also features puzzle-solving elements, such as decoding ancient scrolls to unlock new paths or finding hidden items to aid in Kenzo's quest.
