Spriggan Powered is a sci-fi side-scrolling shoot 'em up and the third game in the Spriggan series. There are 6 stages in the game and the player, controlling a flying mech, has to make his way forward defeating enemies, middle bosses and final bosses on every stage.
The player's mech gains energy for each enemy destroyed, which can be used to power up its shield or unleash a super attack. The mech also has a regular attack that can be upgraded by collecting different coloured spheres.
