The Hunt for Red October is set in November 1984, where the Red October submarine has mysteriously sunk. With the Gorbachev regime in power, both the Americans and Soviets are racing against time to find the missing submarine.
In this action-packed game, you'll control a submarine armed with limited torpedoes, sea bombs, SSMs, and SAMs. Your mission objectives vary from one mission to another, ranging from reaching your destination to escorting and protecting ships. The game also features periscope mode, where you'll need to shoot down any naval or airborne enemies that come into sight.
