Shin Onigashima , a GameBoy Advance visual novel, follows the story of an elderly couple who adopt two children, only to have them turned into heroes when dragons start turning people into Oni. When the Oni arrive at their home, the children vow to save their adoptive parents.
The gameplay revolves around switching between controlling Donbe and Hikari, the boy and girl protagonists. By selecting commands such as "Change Character", you'll progress through the story, with changes in graphics indicating game progress.
