Heisei Shin Onigashima: Zenpen is an action & adventure game based on the classic Japanese fairy tale about Momotaro, a boy who was found inside a huge peach. Momotaro grows up and sets out to rid the land of the vicious ogre tribe and claim their treasures. Along the way, he meets three animal companions - a dog named Ringo, a monkey named Matsunosuke, and a pheasant - who aid him in defeating the ogres.
Playing Heisei Shin Onigashima: Zenpen , you control Momotaro as he explores a vast world filled with challenges and obstacles. You interact with the environment by selecting from a menu of commands, which can include traditional actions like "Look" or "Take", as well as situation-specific ones like "Smell" for Ringo. In certain areas, you can also move your character physically to progress through the game.
