Ganbare Goemon: Mononoke
The story follows Ganbare Goemon and his friends as they travel through feudal Japan to stop an evil warlord who has taken control of Edo castle. The warlord's rule has caused strange demons to flood the land, and it's up to Ganbare Goemon to put a stop to it.
The gameplay is similar to previous titles in the series, with you controlling your party from an overhead map as they explore each area. Quests and items are collected to advance the main plot. Combat takes place in one-on-one duels between individual monsters, which can be captured and trained to upgrade or merge for new powers.
