Martian Panic is a multiplayer arcade shooter that pits players against an alien invasion. Set in a stylized 1950s America, the game takes players on a journey through eight levels, each with its own unique theme and challenge. The story unfolds across multiple levels, including iconic American landmarks like diners and drive-in theaters, as well as ancient wonders like the Great Pyramids of Giza. Completing each level unlocks the next one, allowing players to progress through the game at their own pace. With three skill levels to choose from - Cadet, Ranger, and Ace - players can select a difficulty that suits their style. Gameplay is classic rail shooter fare: move your character's cross-hair over enemies and fire to neutralize them. But be careful - each player must rely on the Wii Remote to control their movement, aiming carefully to avoid taking damage.
Players can choose from six unique characters to represent themselves in the game, each with their own distinct personality and quirks. As players progress, these characters will occasionally appear on screen to react to what's happening around them.
