This is a naval strategy game and sequel to The Ancient Art of War. Set during the age of sailing warships, players command fleets in semi-real-time battles with adjustable game speeds. Fleets consist of fast frigates, powerful ships-of-the-line, and flagships, which must be protected while capturing enemy flagships to achieve victory. New ships cannot be built, but enemy vessels can be seized through boarding actions On the strategic map, players maneuver fleets, visit ports for repairs and supplies, and navigate hazardous waters that can damage larger ships. When opposing fleets meet, combat shifts to a tactical battle screen where ships exchange cannon fire or attempt to board and capture enemy vessels. Boarding actions feature close-quarters battles between swordsmen and musketeers, with victory going to the last crew standing. Multiple scenarios, famous naval commanders as opponents, and a built-in editor for creating custom campaigns add depth & replayability
