Harvest Moon 64 , your goal is to revive a neglected farm that was left to you by your recently deceased grandfather. The villagers are eager to assist you on your mission, and in doing so, you can participate in festivals, horse racing events, cultivate crops, care for livestock, expand your home, get married, or even become a parent. There are five eligible women to choose from, each with their own job and personality. After two and a half years of effort, your parents will evaluate your performance, presenting the player with an opportunity to continue or stop playing.

Gameplay revolves around the daily tasks you must complete, such as farming, fishing, and interacting with the villagers. As you progress through the game, you'll have access to new areas and activities, including horse racing and attending festivals. The game's charm lies in its relaxing atmosphere and the sense of satisfaction that comes from watching your farm thrive.
