The story behind the games takes place in various sci-fi settings. In Armed Seven, players are tasked with defending their crew from an alien threat. Satazius sees players taking on the role of a pilot fighting against an enemy that's threatening the galaxy. Wolflame puts players in a desperate bid to rescue their captured comrades.

Gameplay-wise, the collection offers fast-paced action and challenging levels. Players must navigate through increasingly difficult levels while avoiding obstacles and enemies, all while trying to clear the screen of as many enemies as possible.
