Dropzone is basically a Defender variant, closely recreating the gameplay of the original with its speedy scrolling and frantic gameplay.
The player controls a spaceman with a jet-pack, flying across a barren landscape whose skies are inhabited by various aliens. The objective is to rescue small men walking on the surface while avoiding being hit by the aliens or picking them up along with deadly androids.
Gameplay involves shooting down the alien, navigating through obstacles, and transporting all men to a safe surface base, known as the Dropzone. With its fast-paced action and challenging gameplay, Dropzone offers an exciting experience for fans of classic arcade shooters.
